I could tell you all about how lucky we got with the weather that day. How we geared up to be rained on and then the skies miraculously stopped and gave us an hour of dry bliss. I could tell you about how symphonic the colors were. How the jewel tones of all their dresses sang in perfect harmony with the technicolor reds and yellows on the trees.

Just as much as all these things, and what I really want to say though, is how struck I was by the way these women love each other. Their bond is palpable and unique, expressed in uncontrollable laughter and moments of sweet tenderness. I had the best time making photos with this mama and her little women. This fall was so much fun! I got to shoot so many sessions downtown and it was a joy to share all the fall beauty I got to see every day with my clients.
