If you’ve been around a hot minute, you know urban sessions make my heart SING. I cut my teeth on the work of portrait photographers based in big cities and studying their work taught me to the love an urban landscape. Because of that, I’m always open to anyone who will let me photograph them in the heart of our city. The urban beauty Anchorage offers is not always obvious, but I see it in the subtleties. I pay attention. And I can’t help but see beauty all around in the pockets of color, textures, and architecture that make up this place where we live.
For Part II of Geliah & Brian’s Anniversary session we took to a tiny red corner of town with their beloved pups. This is Part II in the city! (Don’t miss Part I from their session at Fish Creek Estuary)
Thank you Brian & Geliah for the fun afternoon we got to spend together!
I’m currently booking out the rest of my year, so if you’d like to get in for an urban portrait session drop me a line.
